As far as standard post rock goes, it doesn't really get done any better than this. The closing track, "Siren," is magical enough to be an album by itself, but there are no weak tracks on this record. GET THIS NOWWWWWWWW
C'mon son!
Due to the fact that I enjoy and highly recommend this album, I posted it on this blog. That way, the public might become aware of it and consequently listen to it as well

When the effects of leading a boring life settle into my bones, I tend to go dredging around the web for bands with interesting names. Sometimes it proves futile (Math the Band, Margot and the Nuclear So and So's,) but in the case of Nada Surf, my little idiosyncrasy paid off. "Lucky," the band's most recent album, delivers like a pregnant Irish girl - fun, lovestruck alt-rock with a ballad here and there, and whole lot of danceability. It's a hipster's wet dream.

Laughing Stock. I can't even begin to say how brilliant this is, so I'll say this: Please listen to it. For your sake.
"I'm writing songs to entertain/but these people, they just want pain/They wanna hear my deepest sins/Songs from the ugly organ" The best thing to come from Nebraska since corn, Indie group Cursive gained widespread recognition from its 2003 release of The Ugly Organ. The lyrics are an emotional thrill ride with moments of both grotesque gaiety and inspiring optimism; tritones mingle with harmony to present quite a work of art. This brilliantly somber and exciting album brings out the ugly organ in all of us.

For two years, everyone went on and on about how awesome this album was. For two years, I thought everyone was crazy. I still do.
They were right about this album though. An ultimate grower, this album was very little to me beyond one or two tracks when suddenly it became the album that was defining my angst and loneliness in the transition to college. Suddenly it's one of the most special albums in my entire collection. How about that? Dubstep, electronic, awesome, other assorted tags

Many different types of depression pills albums are now available to treat depression. In the past decade Since May 18, 2009, newer depression pills albums have become available that are safer and more effective than older depression pills shit and cause fewer no side effects. But it’s important to remember that all depression pills, even the newest and most popular, pose certain risks and can still cause uncomfortable side effects. Manners by Passion Pit will cause listener extreme feelings of euphoria, uncontrollable giggling, happiness, and possibly a boner.

...Holy shit, I think HORSE grew up a little. Look at it this way: if R. Borlax was their curious, fanciful childhood, The Mechanical Hand the transient tween stage, and A Natural Death the clumsy puberty, "Desperate Living" has to be the all-encompassing realistic young adult. Gone are the cartoony topics of Megaman villains and the Ninja Turtles, HTB have hit a grittier, heavier sound. Of course, this doesn't mean the trademark 8-bit moogs are gone; in fact, they fit as well as they always have, oddly enough. It must just be that Nintendocore magic. Album drops October 6th, be sure to pick it up if you're a fan of any sort of hardcore.
Do you like Indie Music? Probably, since you're here. But you're one of those fuckers who doesn't like to align themselves with any one subgenre of indie, right? You like your Arcade Fire and your Bright Eyes and your Deerhunter. You have LCD Soundsystem's "All My Friends" followed by Do Make Say Think's "A Tender History In Rust." You think you're so fucking elite, don't you? I know because I'm that guy =(.
You Forgot It In People is more elite than both of us, however.
